Set within a recently constructed two-storey building with an industrial architectural style, Tether and Tease spans up to 600 sqm of thoughtfully designed interiors.
Guests can enjoy multiple themed playrooms, a fully equipped dungeon, lounge and bar area with fireplace, kitchenette, and carefully curated furnishings — blending desire, atmosphere, and design.
Two Unique Spaces
The property consists of two distinctive units:
The Fortress – a dramatic double-volume loft with bold architectural presence.
The Citadel – a more classic house setting designed for comfort and privacy.
Both spaces may be booked separately or together, allowing flexible arrangements for different experiences.
Privacy & Discretion
Unlike many venues associated with the adult lifestyle, Tether and Tease is not a swinger club and does not host parties or events.
There are no escorts, service providers, entertainment, or staff participation.
The property is used exclusively and privately by booked guests, ensuring complete discretion and an intimate atmosphere.
Guests benefit from private off-street parking behind high walls, while security cameras monitor only the exterior areas and parking spaces.
