Tether and Tease – General Terms and Conditions
 
Welcome to Tether and Tease! This webpage outlines the terms and conditions for renting our adult playrooms.
We aim to provide a clear and transparent understanding of our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. By making a reservation and renting our accommodations, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
 
Booking and Payment
 
- Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a non-refundable deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process. Confirmation will be provided via email or other agreed-upon methods.
- Payment: The remaining balance for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
 
Minimum Age Requirement
 
Tether and Tease Adult Playrooms is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Valid identification is required upon check-in to verify age. This policy ensures an environment suitable for our intended audience.
 
Cancellation and Refunds
 
- Cancellation by Guest: 
   - Cancellations made up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
   - Cancellations made between 19 to 8 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
   - Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
 
- Cancellation by Guest House: In the rare case that we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be promptly notified and provided with a full refund of any payments made. 
 
Please note that reservations are non-transferable, and no leniency is extended in the event of cancellations due to medical issues involving tenants or their guests.
 
Check-In
 
- Reservation Confirmation: Upon arrival, present a valid reservation confirmation (either printed or electronic),  including your name and reservation details.
- Identification: All guests must provide valid, government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) to verify their identity and compliance with our age restrictions. Any identification data is used only in case of legal irregularities and will be destroyed upon departure. Any credit card charges will be charged without reference to Tether and Tease, to protect your privacy.
 
Access
 
- General Access: First-time visitors are encouraged to take a tour of the studio. Please notify us in advance of any delays, as the host waits specifically for you. Returning guests may access the premises with an electronic code for a smooth, intimate check-in experience.
- Key/Card Issuance: A key or card granting access to your unit will be issued upon check-in. Guests are responsible for its safekeeping, and a replacement fee will be charged for any loss or damage.
 
Guest House Security
 
The security and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. The guest house is equipped with security measures, including surveillance cameras in the outside areas and secure entrances. Guests are expected to follow all security protocols to maintain a safe environment.
 
Guest Responsibilities
 
- Personal Information: Guests are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including contact details and any specific requests.
- Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements beyond normal wear and tear.
- The entire premises must be locked anytime when unoccupied and at night in order to secure the contents and the
guests valuables.
- Noise and Disturbances: Guests must be mindful of noise levels and respect the privacy of neighbours. Disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund.
- Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, drug use, or harassment, are strictly prohibited.
- Maximum Occupancy: Each unit accommodates a maximum of four guests. Additional guests must be registered with Tether and Tease in advance.
- Visitor Policy: For security and privacy, visitors are not permitted beyond designated public areas unless explicitly authorized by management.
 
House Rules
 
Guests are required to follow our house rules, which ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone. These rules cover areas like noise levels, respect for other guests, cleanliness, and consent. Violations may result in eviction without refund.
 
Damages and Losses
 
Guests are responsible for using the studio and its equipment with care. Any damages or losses will be charged accordingly.
 
Eviction
 
Violation of any rules will result in immediate termination of the stay and eviction without refund. We reserve the right to deduct the full deposit and charge for the costs of eviction. In cases of rule violations, Tether and Tease staff or authorized third parties may enter the premises without prior permission from the tenant.
 
Liability and Indemnification
 
- Limitation of Liability: While we strive to ensure the safety of our guests, Tether and Tease is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced during your stay.
- Indemnification: By renting our property, guests agree to indemnify Tether and Tease from any claims or damages arising from their stay or violation of terms. Guests are responsible for legal costs and any income losses resulting from non-compliance with house rules.
 
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our guest house is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
 
Amendments and Severability
 
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Should any provision be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
