Downstairs offers a versatile Playground equipped with a variety of BDSM furniture and a cosy lounge suite for relaxation, a small tea kitchen, a bar area, our authentically designed prison cell, separate guest toilet and huge bathroom with double volume shower. Upstairs features one spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another dentist style playroom for more play options.

the double-volume steel beams
- A steel cage with an option to suspend from the ceiling
- Multiple winches and chains
- Ropes for bondage, a selection of paddles, and a daybed
with belts and hooks
- The Pleasure Penitentiary, an authentically designed prison cell complete with a bench.
For Relaxation and Cooling off:
-Bathroom:
a spacious double-volume shower, towels, soap and shampoo.
- Separate Guest Toilet
- Kitchenette:
Equipped with a coffee machine, tea, a bar fridge, and small snacks.
Upstairs:
The Sinful Sanctum
Bedroom & en-Suite Bathroom:
Available for Additional Booking or Overnight Stays, featuring a comfortable king-size bed with a sturdy headboard and several tie points, a Saint Andrew’s Cross, mirrors, a barber chair, sturdy ceiling hooks and a winch
The Fang Chamber
A nostalgic dentist room furnished with vintage dentist chairs and retro orthodontic equipment. This room also features a spacious Bay Window
serving as a comfortable day bed, with sturdy hooks and tie points to play.
The two houses are connected by an interior door on the ground floor, which will remain locked for individual bookings. However for guests reserving the entire property, this allows seamless movements between the units without the need to use exterior doors.
The rooftop veranda is accessible from both houses on the upper floor but is exclusively available to long-term guests or for events hosted by the owner.
