Situated in a newly constructed, two-story building with a distinct industrial architectural style, Tether and Tease offers spacious rooms and recreational zones designed to provide a premium experience for our guests.
The facility features two separate entrances: one leading to The Fortress, a double-volume loft, and the other to The Citadel, a more traditional-style house. These sections can be booked individually or together, allowing for flexible arrangements based on your preferences.

First Time guests will receive a personal tour, a direct WhatsApp line to the T&T host will be established throughout their stay for questions or urgent requests.
Complimentary Guest WIFI access and back-up power provided.

The two houses are connected by an interior door on the ground floor, which will remain locked for individual bookings. However for guests reserving the entire property, this allows seamless movements between the units without the need to use exterior doors.
The rooftop veranda is accessible from both houses on the upper floor but is exclusively available to long-term guests or for events hosted by the owner.
Pricing Information

​Rates are based on two guests per unit.
​
For guests staying in The Citadel, you may enhance your booking with The Circle of Four—our optional accommodation upgrade
allowing up to two additional overnight guests. This surcharge applies to cover the additional costs of cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding,
regardless of the length of stay.

For the comfort, privacy, and security of all guests, any additional visitors not included in the original booking must be registered with Tether and Tease
prior to check-in.
​
All rates include professional cleaning and VAT.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the accommodation is left in an untidy or excessively soiled condition beyond normal use.
