What is Tether & Tease?
Tether & Tease is a discreet adult play studio and luxury guesthouse near Cape Town, offering couples the opportunity
to play and stay within the same private environment.
Located in a tranquil suburb, the approximately 600 sqm property features multiple themed playrooms and recreational
spaces within a modern two-storey building.

The property consists of two units:
The Citadel – a spacious house with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, ideal for longer stays.
The Fortress – a more intimate retreat designed for two overnight guests with space for up to four guests during play.
Both units may be booked separately or together, ensuring flexibility and complete privacy.
Booking & Access

How do I book?
Reservations can be made through our online booking portal, where pricing, availability and terms are listed.
We are also registered on platforms like Airbnb and booking.com.

Will I have exclusive access to the space?
Yes. Depending on your reservation, you will have exclusive access to one unit or the entire property.

How does check-in work?
First-time guests receive a short introduction to the studio. Returning guests receive electronic access codes for a discreet and smooth arrival.

Do I need to register all guests?
Yes. Pricing is based on two guests per unit. Additional guests must be registered in advance and may incur a surcharge.

Privacy & Discretion
​
Can guests meet other couples?
No. Tether & Tease is not a swinger club or public venue. Each booking is completely private.

How do you ensure discretion?
Guest privacy is paramount. Visitors are asked to arrive and depart in everyday clothing,
as the property is located in a residential area. What happens inside the studio remains private.

The Experience
​
Who can visit Tether & Tease?
The studio is exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. Minors and pets are not permitted.
​
How many guests are allowed?
The Fortress accommodates two overnight guests with space for up to four during play.
The Citadel offers two bedrooms and multiple play areas.
Large parties or events are not permitted due to the quiet residential setting.
​
I am new to BDSM. Do you provide guidance?
Tether & Tease does not offer BDSM instruction or consultation. If professional guidance is required,
we can recommend external consultants.

Safety & Hygiene
​
How safe is the play studio?
Equipment is regularly inspected and maintained, and the studio includes essential safety provisions such as a first aid kit.
Guests are expected to practice responsible play, use safe words, and observe proper aftercare.

What hygiene standards do you maintain?
All equipment and spaces are cleaned using hospital-grade disinfectants.
Towels, toiletries and disinfectant wipes are provided.

Amenities

What should I bring?
Guests may bring their own clothing, toys and music. Both units include a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
Do you offer breakfast?
While breakfast is not provided, we can stock the fridge in advance upon request.

Are photographs allowed?
Private photography is permitted unless the space has been booked as a professional filming location.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, specifically the bar area.
​
Are fetish outfits or outdoor play allowed?
Outdoor play and fetish attire in exterior areas are not permitted due to the residential location.
What about alcohol or drugs?
Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed, but guests should only engage in play when sober and fully aware.
Responsibilities & Legal Matters

What are my responsibilities as a guest?
Guests are expected to treat the studio and equipment with care and respect.
The house rules provided during booking form part of the rental agreement.

What happens if something is damaged?
Please report any damage immediately. Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

By making a reservation, guests agree to our terms and conditions. Tether & Tease operates in compliance with applicable laws
while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
